Tango Oranges 11 - 10 Non Bibs

It was a wet Thursday evening, with water lying on the training pitch and numbers of 12 should we go out there or not ???

This turned into an entertaining match with Ventham heading up the Tango side and assistant linesman Mr Sweet (AKA Wayne) taking charge of the non bibs. Goals were flowing just like the lying water on the mud bath that was marked out as a pitch. With the Tangos playing up the hill and into the hurricane they beat Mr Sweet early on with strikes from, Johnston, Booker & Haigh. But with the low centre of gravity Jones hauled the non bibs back into the game scoring and setting up Ant & Sam (yes Sam Panther with glass ankle). The late arrival of Head Coach, Kester Buckland swung the game towards the non bibs, but with Mat square the ball PLEASE Winslade the Tangos kept in touch. The Tangos used the experience of (not me) but play maker Johnston to nick the game with a fine finish from Grenash. What a good session, shame on those that missed it.
